Demonstration: T2.4
Content: Outdoor lightning installation. HW prototype demo and slides from real demonstration site Jyväskylä, Finland.
Type: Physical “real life” things in demonstration
This demonstration shows current state of developed intelligent outdoor lightning controller module and its control via web-based user interface (physical demonstration). We will also present slides from real demonstration site from Jyväskylä, Finland, sister city of Stavanger.
Sub-Demonstration: Urban Lighting System control and monitoring. Increasing Efficiency
Leader/moderator: Roberto Zabala
Demonstration: T2.3
Content: Urban Lighting System control and monitoring. Increasing Efficiency
Type: Support Material for the demo: Video and PPT. Logistics for the demo: Internet Access (Just in case). Expected Duration: 10 minutes
The main objective of this first generation demo, is to check that the proposed solution and technologies are interoperable, so there will not be any problems for the next generations. For that, this demo will show the connection to an urban lighting system and check its status. With this example, we are assuring that the services that are going to be implemented will work correctly.
Sub-Demonstration: Algorithm for lighting optimization
Leader/moderator: Silvia Alonso
Demonstration: T2.3
Content: Algorithm for lighting optimization
Type: Support Material for the demo: Video and PPT. Logistics for the demo: Internet Access (Just in case). Expected Duration: 10 minutes.
Tecnalia contribution for the Smart Lighting System of the San Sebastian pilot is an algorithm for lighting optimization based on environmental data analysis.
After analyzing several environmental variables (the clouds percentage, the sun angle, the day of the week, the hour of the day and the presence sensor output) gathered from web applications and sensors, the conclusion is that there are 360 possible states that have been summarized in 10 for the first generation.
Sub-Demonstration: Embedded OPC-UA
Leader/moderator: Eduardo Arceredillo
Demonstration: T2.3
Content: Embedded OPC-UA
Type: The demo will consist in several slides with pictures and screenshots and will last about 2-3 minutes.
For the Generation 1, the objective of the demo of IK4-TEKNIKER inside this task is to show how the information of a wireless sensor network can be shared with consumers by means of the OPC-UA standard.
Sub-Demonstration: Power harvesting in Wireless Sensor Networks
Leader/moderator: Eduardo Arceredillo
Demonstration: T2.3
Content: Power harvesting in Wireless Sensor Networks
Type: The demo will consist in several slides with pictures and screenshots and will last about 2-3 minutes.
For the Generation 1, the objective of the demo of IK4-TEKNIKER inside this task is to show the deployment of a wireless sensor network to collect additional information of the pilot site and the availability of these sensed data in order to keep traceability and to be consumed by others.
The focus of this demo will be the Plug&Play&Forget paradigm as well as the power harvesting technology integrated in the nodes.
