Type: Physical “real life” things in demonstration
The demonstration in Stavanger will show individual building blocks explaining how the goals are approached. Focus of the first iteration was the specification of an architectural approach enabling products to transport information via the internet to its manufacturer.
Established security analysis methods were applied to ensure that the products meet domain relevant safety requirements. Alternative solutions were evaluated for application contexts with limited or otherwise restricted internet connectivity. Therefore a mobile device concept was introduced “bringing the internet to the product”.
This tasks benefits from synergies within Arrowhead, drawing upon concepts and innovations from several partners in the Arrowhead consortium.
